Caoutchouc polysiloxane neutre alcoxy (RTV-1), prêt à l'emploi, durcissant à température ambiante par l'action de l'humidité de l'air.
Possède une très bonne résistance contre le vieillissement, les intempéries et les hautes et basses températures (-50°C à 150°C).
Peut-être peint après durcissement complet.
Caractéristiques :
Adhère sans primaire sur la plupart des supports comme le verre, l'aluminium, le bois traité, la faïence, etc.
Convient aussi parfaitement pour le placement du verre feuilleté.
Peut être appliqué sur des surfaces alcalines comme le béton, la brique et le ciment amiante. L'application d'un primaire est recommandée.
Usage
DL Chemicals Parasilico VP Transparent is a paintable, neutral-curing silicone sealant for glazing and connection joints. Used mainly in building applications, it is suitable for both interior and exterior use where transparent or discreet sealing is needed.

For best results on some porous surfaces, a compatible primer may be required.
How it works
The sealant is applied directly from the cartridge into clean joints using a standard caulking gun. It cures by absorbing moisture from the air, forming an elastic joint that can be painted over after full cure—making it suitable for seamless integration into painted or exposed finishes.
