Usage
The Silicone DL Chemicals Prestige 3 en 1 Ral6005 vert mousse 300ml is designed for professional sealing of joints in facades, plumbing installations, and natural stone elements. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use in residential or commercial construction projects.
Advantages

- Chemical base: Neutral oxime curing polysiloxane silicone; single-component paste consistency.
- Certified to UKCA & CE (EN15651-1 F EXT-INT 12.5 E / EN15651-3 S XS1); French VOC emission class A+; FDA code compliant for food contact applications.
- Curing rate: approximately 3.5 mm/24 h at standard conditions; Shore A hardness: approx. 36; elastic recovery above 80%; elongation at break up to 130%.
- User-friendly application between +5°C to +40°C; shelf life up to 12 months sealed at room temperature out of direct sunlight (300ml cartridge).
How it works
This silicone sealant cures on exposure to air humidity after application. It adheres without primer on many common substrates when surfaces are clean and dry. Its permanent elasticity absorbs building movement while protecting against water ingress and mold growth over time.
